Give these a quick read before jumping into OpiniFlow.com—they’re the rules of the road.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By hopping onto OpiniFlow.com (the "Service"), you’re signing up for these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") plus our Privacy Policy. We’re Dutch-based, so Dutch law’s the boss here. Cool with that? Great. Not so much? No hard feelings—just step back.

2. Eligibility

You’ve gotta be 16+ to roll with us—GDPR rules. Using the Service means you’re good to go and legally able to agree to this.

3. Use of the Service

Play nice and legal with the Service. Stuff you can’t do:

  • Scammy, illegal, or shady moves
  • Spamming, malware, or nasty content
  • Trying to crack, copy, or mess with our tech

4. Accounts

Need an account for the good stuff? Keep it real with your info. You’re on the hook for keeping your login safe and whatever happens under your name. We can boot or pause accounts breaking these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Our content, logos, and tech? That’s ours (or our pals’). You get a chill, non-shareable pass to use the Service as meant—for your biz or personal vibes. No copying or remixing without our say-so.

6. User Content

Your stuff stays yours. Post it, and you’re giving us a free, forever pass to use, show, and share it for the Service. Make sure it’s legit and doesn’t step on anyone’s toes.

7. Payments

We process payments safe through third parties. Cash is non-refundable unless our Refund Policy or Dutch law says otherwise. Prices include taxes unless we note it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Service comes "as is" and "when it’s there." No promises of non-stop action or zero glitches. Dutch consumer laws might give you extra perks we can’t dodge.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our max damage tab (think lost cash or data) is what you paid us in the last 12 months or €100—whichever’s bigger. Dutch law might tweak that for you.

10. Termination

We can cut you off anytime, especially if you break these Terms. Stuff like IP, your content, liability caps, and law picks stick around post-breakup.

11. Governing Law

Dutch law runs the show. Fights go to Utrecht courts, unless EU consumer rules let you pick another spot. Let’s chat first to sort things out.
